Nicolás Pirozzi (born February 12, 2002) is a Uruguayan and Chilean alpine ski racer who represents Uruguay and specializes in the slalom and giant slalom events.

Personal life

Pirozzi was born in Chile in 2002, the youngest of five children, to a Chilean father and a Uruguayan mother from Salto, who met while pursuing a master's degree in Naples, Italy.[1][2]

Career

Pirozzi made his international debut on 26 July 2018 in a FIS giant slalom event at El Colorado. He competed in his first major international event at the 2020 Winter Youth Olympics, where he represented Chile and achieved the country's best result to date by placing 14th in the giant slalom.[3][4]
