Naniarchar (Bengali: নানিয়াচর) is an upazila of Rangamati District in the Division of Chittagong, Bangladesh.[3]
Geography
Naniarchar is located at 22°51′30″N 92°07′00″E / 22.8583°N 92.1167°E. It has a total area of 393.67 km2 (152.00 sq mi).

As of the 2022 Bangladeshi census, Naniarchar upazila had a population of 48,523. The ethnic population was 39,659 (81.73%), of which Chakma were 38,766 and Marma 842.[4]

Naniarchar Upazila is divided into four union parishads: Burighat, Ghilachhari, Naniarchar, and Sabekkhong. The union parishads are subdivided into 20 mauzas and 158 villages.[7]
