Morro d'Alba is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Ancona, in the Italian region of Marche, located about 25 kilometres (16 mi) west of Ancona. It is known for having given its name to the DOC red wine "Lacrima di Morro d'Alba".
Morro d'Alba borders the following municipalities: Belvedere Ostrense, Monte San Vito, San Marcello, and Senigallia. It is one of the "I Borghi più belli d'Italia" (The most beautiful villages of Italy).[4]
