Monument Valley 3 (stylized as Monument Valley III) is a 2024 indie puzzle video game developed by Ustwo Games. It is the sequel to the 2017 game Monument Valley 2.

Release

At Gamescom 2024, it was announced that Monument Valley 3 would launch exclusively on Netflix Games on 10 December 2024.[2] It was also announced that the first two games were to be moved to Netflix Games.[2] The game's producers cited lack of visibility as the primary reason for the move away from Apple's App Store.[3] An animated short film was created to promote the game.[4] Monument Valley 3 was released on Nintendo Switch, Windows, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X and Series S in July 2025.[5] Netflix removed the game from their platform on 14 July 2025.[6]

Reception

On the review aggregator site Metacritic, Monument Valley 3 received a weighted average score of 74 out of 100 based on nine critics' scores, indicating "mixed or average" reviews.[7]
