Medicover Hospitals is a multinational provider of private healthcare services with a network of facilities in Europe and India. It is a subsidiary of the Medicover Group, a healthcare and diagnostics company operating in 18 countries.

The company's services include multi-specialty hospitals, oncology centers, fertility clinics, and diagnostic laboratories.

History

Medicover was established in 1995 and headquartered in Poland. Medicover Warsaw Hospital first opened in Poland in 2009.[1]

Medicover invested in Sahrudaya Healthcare Private Ltd., the holding company of MaxCure. After acquiring the MaxCure Group, India, on 22 August 2017, the company changed its name to Medicover Hospitals.[2][3][4]

It has 25 outlets in India, spread over three states: Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Maharashtra,[2] and Karnataka.[5]
