Młoteczno [mwɔˈtɛt͡ʂnɔ] is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Braniewo, within Braniewo County, Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship, in northern Poland, close to the border with the Kaliningrad Oblast of Russia.[1] It lies approximately 3 km (2 mi) north-east of Braniewo and 81 km (50 mi) north-west of the regional capital Olsztyn.
The population of Młoteczno in 2021 was 195.[2]
In the village, several archaeological treasures were discovered between 1873 and 1917, including at least 17 pieces of gold and silver such as a medal from the reign of Constantius II, jewelry and metal tools.[1]
