Lubiewo [luˈbjɛvɔ] is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Mikołajki, within Mrągowo County, Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship, in northern Poland.[1] It lies approximately 4 km (2 mi) north-west of Mikołajki, 17 km (11 mi) east of Mrągowo, and 69 km (43 mi) east of the regional capital Olsztyn.
Unlike the neighboring Warmia region, which historically remained largely Catholic, Masuria was primarily Lutheran Protestant after the secularization of the Teutonic Order in 1525, which formed the Duchy of Prussia
