Charles Leonard "Lenny" McGill (born May 31, 1971) is an American former professional football player who was a defensive back in the National Football League (NFL). He played college football for the Arizona State Sun Devils. He currently is the Senior National Scout for the Las Vegas Raiders. He played five seasons for the Green Bay Packers, the Atlanta Falcons, and the Carolina Panthers.
