Kosihy nad Ipľom (Hungarian: Ipolykeszi) is a village and municipality in the Veľký Krtíš District of the Banská Bystrica Region of southern Slovakia.
Geography
The municipality lies at an altitude of 138 metres (453 ft)[3] and covers an area of 6.82 km2 (2.63 sq mi) (2024).[4]
Etymology
The village was named after the Magyar tribe Keszi.[5]
