Kalikasthan is a village in Achham District in the Sudurpashchim Province of western Nepal. At the time of the 1991 Nepal census, the village had a population of 2675 living in 508 houses.[1] At the time of the 2001 Nepal census, the population was 3476, of which 32% was literate.[1] This Village Development Committee was later merged with Panchadewal Binayak Municipality.
