Jamie Smith (born 8 May 2002) is a Scottish professional footballer who plays as a goalkeeper for Hamilton Academical.
Club career
Smith began his career with Hamilton Academical, moving on loan to Rossvale in October 2020.[1] He made his senior debut for Hamilton on 16 May 2021.[2] He moved on loan to Broomhill in August 2021.[3] On 16 February 2022, Smith joined East of Scotland League Premier Division side Blackburn United on loan for the remainder of the 2021–22 season.[4][5] He was recalled by Accies on 25 February.[6]
In June 2024 he moved on loan to Annan Athletic for the 2024–25 season.[7]
He was released by Hamilton at the end of the 2024–25 season.[8] However, he remained at Hamilton at the start of the 2025–26 season.[9]
International career
He has played for Scotland at under-17 level.[10]
