Jalovec (Hungarian: Parlag) is a village and municipality in the Prievidza District in the Trenčín Region of western Slovakia.
History
In historical records the village was first mentioned in 1430.
Geography
The municipality lies at an altitude of 348 metres (1,142 ft)[3] and covers an area of 6.02 km2 (2.32 sq mi) (2024).[4]
