JT Woodruff

James Thomas "JT" Woodruff is an American musician best known as the lead vocalist of the American rock band Hawthorne Heights.[1][2][3][4][5][6][7][8][9][10][11][12] He has also released solo music under his own name.[13][14][15][16]

Early life

Woodruff was born and raised in West Virginia.[17] He graduated from St. Mary's High School.[18]

Career

Woodruff owns a coffee shop called Greenhaus Coffee in Sidney, Ohio with his wife.[19]

In 2013, he named his ten "essential guitar albums" for an article for MusicRadar.[20] In 2024, he named his favorite 1990s emo albums for a Consequence article.[21]

In 2025, he was a guest performer in a Warped Tour tribute band.[22]
