JGB-1-155, is a drug which acts as a selective positive allosteric modulator of the enzyme nicotinamide phosphoribosyltransferase (NAMPT). It has neuroprotective effects, and was developed as a potential treatment for neurodegenerative diseases such as Alzheimer's disease.[1]
