Igbagun

Igbagun is a village situated in the Yagba East Local Government Area of Kogi State, Nigeria. The settlement forms part of the Okun-Yoruba belt that stretches across the Yagba region.

The village is surrounded by farmland and open woodland typical of the Yagba uplands. The surrounding terrain supports seasonal food production.

Most households farm crops such as yam, cassava, maize and sorghum. Cashew farming contributes to cash income, while poultry and goats are raised domestically.

Residents are predominantly Yagba-speaking Yoruba. Churches are present in the community, reflecting the prevalence of Christianity.
