Hesbon Rutonesha (born 24 February 2002) is a Rwandan professional footballer as a Midfielder in UAE First Division League club Majd, who played for the Rwandan national team U-17 and U-23.

Jan 2023, Hesbon Rutonesha joined Rwandan club Police F.C. (Rwanda).^[1]

He debuted international friendly game on 5 / 04 / 2019 and scored first goal against Tanzania in a 3-3 draw.^[2]

At the 2023, he was in selected players to play 2023 U-23 Africa Cup of Nations qualification with Libya and Mali.^[3]
