Gazipur-6 was a propose constituency represented in the Jatiya Sangsad (National Parliament) of Bangladesh.[1] Bangladesh Supreme Court ruled against its establishment on December 12, 2025 and declared invalid.

Boundaries

The constituency encompasses Gazipur City Corporation ward number 32–39 and 43–57.

History

The constituency was created in 2025 from a Gazipur constituency.

Ahead of the 2026 general election, the Election Commission redrew constituency boundaries to reflect population changes.

Members of Parliament

Md.Salauddin Sarker and other leaders of tongi area are going to contest to be the honorable member of Parlliment in upcoming election of 2026
