Güby (German pronunciation: [ˈɡyːbi]; Danish: Gyby) is a municipality in the district of Rendsburg-Eckernförde, in Schleswig-Holstein, Germany.
Güby is west of the municipality of Fleckeby, but north of Hummelfeld.
