Leanne Fu Hiu-mei (Chinese: 符曉薇) is a Hong Kong female model, television and film actress, and wife of artist Jason Chan.
Summary
Fu started modeling in Form 3. In 2011, she met Hong Kong singer Jason Chan while filming the movie Lan Kwai Fong. They later became a couple and both parties publicly admitted their relationship[1][2][3][4]; They got married in July 2017. Fu attended Buddhist Huiyuan Secondary School, then repeated her Form 3 at Pak Kau Girls' School, completing Form 5 there. A rebellious student at school, she reformed and became a recipient of the 2003 Wanjun Education Fund, receiving a study tour in New Zealand.[5]
Personal life
On July 2, 2017, Fu and Chan registered their marriage[6], the couple gave birth to their eldest daughter, Abigail Chan, on September 25, 2018.[7] Fu was pregnant with her second child in May 2020, but after examination, it was found that it was an ectopic pregnancy and the left fallopian tube had burst. She had to undergo surgery to terminate the pregnancy and remove the left fallopian tube immediately.[8] Fu became pregnant for the third time in 2021, but a prenatal checkup revealed that the fetus had Edwards syndrome and she had an abortion at 13 weeks of pregnancy[9]. Fu announced her pregnancy again in October 2022[10], she gave birth to her second daughter, Audrey Chan on March 10, 2023[11].
