Fabián Ossandón Briceño is a Chilean civil engineer, former regional councilor and politician.

He was elected as a member of the Chamber of Deputies of Chile, representing the 3rd District (Antofagasta Region) for the 2026-2030 legislative term, under the banner of the Party of the People.[1]

Biography

Ossandón holds a degree in Civil Engineering from the Universidad San Sebastián, and a Master's in Public Management and Regional Development from the Universidad Católica del Norte.[2]

He served as a regional councilor (Consejo Regional) of Antofagasta from 2021 to 2024.[2]

Political career

In the 2025 parliamentary election, Ossandón ran as a candidate for deputy for the 3rd District under the Party of the People (PDG), winning the second highest majority in the region of Antofagasta. His legislative priorities include security and electricity tariffs among regional concerns.[1]
