Eugen Almer (born 14 January 1953) is a Romanian former swimmer.[1][2] He competed in freestyle and butterfly events, representing Romania at international tournaments. He was a member of Olympia Reşiţa.[3]
He competed in the men's 1500 metre freestyle at the 1972 Summer Olympics.[4][5]
The next year he participated in the 1500 metre freestyle event and 200 metre butterfly event at the 1973 World Aquatics Championships in Belgrade.[6]
He comes from an established sporty family.[7]
