Erich Grohs Marín is a Chilean politician elected as a member of the Chamber of Deputies of Chile, representing the 5th District (Coquimbo Region) for the 2026-2030 legislative term, under the banner of the National Libertarian Party.[1]

Political career

Grohs achieved his electoral victory after obtaining over 13,000 votes in the 2025 parliamentary election, running under the libertarian list led by Johannes Kaiser.[2]

Shortly after his election, Grohs came under public scrutiny due to a 2023 domestic violence complaint in which he was accused of assaulting his partner and making threats, while a minor child was present. The case was handled via a simplified proceeding by the Public Ministry in 2025.[3]
