It is produced by a consortium led by Oskar Pedersen AS and also includes:

The programme was initiated by Denmark and Norway in 2014, with the aim to replace their uniforms.[74] Sweden joined the programme in 2016,[75] and Finland joined at an unclear date.

Enkeltdelene fås i farverne sort og Tan 499, mens nogle af delene også kan fås i farven hvid. Rammeaftalens enkeltdele vil kunne anvendes på flere af Forsvarets våben.
