Enrico Borghi (born 6 August 1967) is an Italian politician serving as a member of the Senate since 2022.[1] From 2013 to 2022, he was a member of the Chamber of Deputies.[2] He served as mayor of Vogogna from 1995 to 2004 and from 2009 to 2019. [3] In September 2025, he succeeded Francesco Rutelli as President of the IED - Institute of European Democrats, the research institute of the European Democratic Party based in Brussels.
