Dr. Emmanuel John Nchimbi (born 24 December 1971) is a Tanzanian diplomat and politician currently serving as the Vice-President of the United Republic of Tanzania. He previously served as the Minister of Home Affairs between 2012 and 2013 and as Member of Parliament for Songea Town constituency from 2010 to 2015.[1]
