Efe Korkut Martín (born 23 June 2006) is a Turkish professional footballer who plays as a midfielder for 3. Liga club Stuttgart II. Born in Spain, he is a youth international for Türkiye.
Career
Korkut is a product of the youth academies of the German clubs FSV Waiblingen, Nürnberg and Stuttgart.[2] On 19 July 2024, he signed a contract with Stuttgart until 2026, and was promoted to their reserves in the 3. Liga.[3]
International career
Korkut's was born in Spain to a German-born father of Turkish descent and Spanish mother.[4] He holds triple Turkish, Spanish and German nationality.[5] Korkut is a youth international for Türkiye, having played from the Türkiye U17s to the U19s.[6]
Personal life
Korkut's father is the football manager and former player Tayfun Korkut.[7] Born in Spain, his mother is Basque.[8]
