Drăghiceni is a commune in Olt County, Oltenia, Romania. It is composed of three villages: Drăghiceni, Grozăvești, and Liiceni.
The commune is located in the eastern part of the county, 8 kilometres (5 mi) east of Caracal, on the border with Dolj County.
