Donovan Ferreira (born 21 July 1998) is a South African international cricketer.[1] He plays as a batting all-rounder who can also keep wicket. He made his Twenty20 debut for Northerns in the 2018 Africa T20 Cup on 14 September 2018.[2] He made his List A debut on 19 October 2019, for Northerns in the 2019–20 CSA Provincial One-Day Challenge.[3] He made his first-class debut on 22 February 2021, for Easterns in the 2020–21 CSA 3-Day Provincial Cup.[4] He made his international debut in 2023 against Australia. He went to school at the Pretoria Boys high-school where he played for the first cricket team.

International career

He made his international debut in the Australia Tour of South Africa 2023, in the T20Is. He scored his highest T20I score of 48 in this series.

In August 2025, he was named in the South Africa T20I squad to tour England.

In September 2025, he was named in the Proteas T20I and ODI squad to tour Pakistan. Following the withdrawal from the squad due to injury of skipper for the series David Miller, he was named captain of T20I squad.
