Dúbravy (before 1927 Očovská Dúbrava, Ošowské Dubrawy; Hungarian: Kisócsa, before 1907 Dobróocsova) is a village and municipality in Detva District, in the Banská Bystrica Region of central Slovakia.

Geography

The municipality lies at an altitude of 477 metres (1,565 ft)[3] and covers an area of 19.54 km2 (7.54 sq mi) (2024).[4]

History

The village arose in the late 18th century, when it was separated from Očová.
