Cary L. Whittingham (born May 30, 1963) is an American former professional football player who was a linebacker in the National Football League (NFL). He played college football for the BYU Cougars and was selected by the Cincinnati Bengals in the ninth round of the 1986 NFL draft.[1] He played in the NFL for the Los Angeles Rams in 1987.
Whittingham later served as a coach at Timpview High School. His son Jason played football at University of Utah.[2][3][4][5]
