Busan (Arabic: بوسان) is a village situated in the Suwayda District of Suwayda Governorate, in southern Syria. According to the Syria Central Bureau of Statistics (CBS), Busan had a population of 1,332 in the 2004 census.[1] Its inhabitants are predominantly Druze.[2]

History

There are Roman monuments in the village, such as the Temple of Busan.

In 1838, it was noted as a ruin, Jedeiya, situated "in the Lejah, south of Dama".[3]
