Ashim Kumer Das (Bengali: অসীম কুমার দাস) is a Bangladeshi gold-winning former archer. Ashim won gold in the compound men's singles at the 2018 International Solidarity Archery Championship held in Dhaka. After retiring from archery in 2023, he is now working in a courier service in New York, USA.[1][2][3][4][5]
Career
Ashim won gold in the 2021 Bangladesh Games by setting a games record score in the ranking round. Ashim won gold in the compound men's singles at the 2018 International Solidarity Archery Championship held in Dhaka. He has also participated in the World Cup in Germany, China, Switzerland, the Asia Cup and Asian Archery Championship in Bangkok, the World Championship in the Netherlands, the World Archery Championship in the United States, and the Asian Archery Championship in Bangladesh. He played in the 2018 Jakarta Asian Games, 2019 Kathmandu-Pokhara SA Games.[6][7][8]
