Anywhere But Here is a 1956 travel book by Peter Pinney.[1][2][3]
Reception
The Evening Post said "he has a remarkable story to tell".[4] The London Daily Telegraph called it "tedious".[5]
Walkabout wrote "His facile, sophisticated style carries one along, but occasionally, one pauses to speculate whether he is gilding a lily, or making things a little larger than life; or, again, just behaving in unorthodox fashion and seeking absurd situations in order to write about them. "[6]
