Among the Dead is the eighth full-length album by the Danish power metal band Iron Fire, released on 16 September 2016.
Background
On 5 October 2012, Iron Fire announced that the band were writing a new album scheduled for release in 2014, stating that it would be a concept album with a "darker, harder, aggressive and faster" direction.[13] The band began recording the album, tentatively titled Inferno, in January 2014.[14]
On 11 July 2016, the band announced that the album, confirmed to be titled Among the Dead, would be released on 16 September.[15] A preview clip was released for the album, two days after the previous announcement.[16]
