Alina Grijseels (born 12 April 1996) is a German handball player for CSM București and the German national team.[2]
She participated at the 2018 European Championship.[3] and at 2024 Summer Olympics. In June 2021 she was appointed captain of the German national team together with Emily Bölk.[4]
She represented Germany at the 2025 World Women's Handball Championship.[5] Here Germany reached the final, where they lost to Norway.[6] This was the first time since 1994 that Germany made the final of a major international tournament and the first time they won a medal since 2007.[7]
