Albert Thomas Watson Penn (30 March 1849 – 19 October 1924) was a British photographer active in the Nilgiris district of the Madras Presidency in the late nineteenth and early twentieth centuries.[1][2][3] He was born in Wells, England,[4] and first appeared in records in India around 1875, when he advertised as a commercial photographer in Ooty.[5]
