The 2028 FIBA Under-17 Women's Basketball World Cup will be the ninth edition of the FIBA Under-17 Women's Basketball World Cup, the biennial international women's youth basketball championship contested by the U17 national teams of the member associations of FIBA. It will be held in Indonesia in July 2028.It will be the first edition held in Asia and the second edition outside of Europe after the 2024 edition in Mexico.[1] To be eligible for this competition, players must be born on or after 1 January 2011
