The 2027 Jacksonville mayoral election will be held on March 23, 2027, with a runoff election on May 18, 2027, if no candidate receives a majority of the vote.[1] Incumbent Mayor Donna Deegan is eligible to run for re-election to a second term but has not yet announced if she will do so.
