The 2026 USL League One season is the eighth season of USL League One, a professional men's soccer league in the third tier of the United States league system.

Eighteen teams will participate in the 2026 season, playing 34 league games each. Five teams, Athletic Club Boise,[1] Corpus Christi FC,[2] Fort Wayne FC,[3] New York Cosmos,[4] and Sarasota Paradise,[5] joined as expansion franchises. Texoma FC self-demoted themselves to USL League Two after one season in League One.[6]

The regular season is scheduled to start on March 7.[7] The 2026 season also includes the in-season tournament, the USL Cup. It features a group stage and knockout round between all 38 teams in the two professional USL leagues, the USL Championship and the USL League One.[7]

One Knoxville are the defending league champions and Player's Shield winners.

This season's schedule is a "home-and-home" schedule, meaning each team will play every other team twice: once home and once away. The top eight teams at the end of the season will qualify for the playoffs.[10]

All teams will once again compete in the USL Cup, along with the higher division USL Championship.[7]
