Gustavo Fernández and Tokito Oda defeated Alfie Hewett and Gordon Reid in the final, 6–1, 2–6, [10–6] to win the men's doubles wheelchair tennis title at the 2025 US Open.[1]

Stéphane Houdet and Takashi Sanada were the reigning champions,[2] but Sanada did not participate this year. Houdet partnered Takuya Miki, but lost in the semifinals to Hewett and Reid.[3]

There was no edition of the event in 2024 due to a scheduling conflict with the 2024 Summer Paralympics.
