The 2025 Stonehill Skyhawks football team represented Stonehill College as a member of the Northeast Conference (NEC) during the 2025 NCAA Division I FCS football season. The Skyhawks were led by ninth-year head coach Eli Gardner and played their home games at W.B. Mason Stadium. Stonehill was eligible for the NEC title and FCS postseason play for the 1st time this season due to completing their transition from NCAA Division II.
