The 2025 Southern Jaguars football team represented Southern University as a member of the Southwestern Athletic Conference (SWAC) during the 2025 NCAA Division I FCS football season and played at the A. W. Mumford Stadium in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.

The Jaguars were led by second-year head coach Terrence Graves for the first seven games of the season until he was fired on October 20, 2025. Quarterbacks coach Fred McNair, formerly the head coach at conference foe Alcorn State, was named interim head coach for the rest of the season.[2]
