The 2025 Penn State Nittany Lions women's volleyball team will represent Pennsylvania State University in the 2025 NCAA Division I women's volleyball season. The Penn State Nittany Lions women's volleyball team will be led by 4th-year head coach Katie Schumacher-Cawley. The 2025 Penn State is the defending NCAA champions, having won the program's 8th national title in 2024.

They are members of the Big Ten Conference and play their home games at Rec Hall.
