The 2025 Jacksonville State Gamecocks football team represented Jacksonville State University in Conference USA (CUSA) during the 2025 NCAA Division I FBS football season. The Gamecocks were led by Charles Kelly in his first year as the head coach.[1] The Gamecocks played their home games at AmFirst Stadium, located in Jacksonville, Alabama.
