Entry list

All competitors used an identical Ligier-branded Mygale M21-F4 chassis with a 1.3 L turbocharged inline-4 engine. All 20 cars were centrally-run.[4] The entry list consists of drivers from across the world, with participation being determined by the Fédération Internationale de l'Automobile.[5]

Of the twenty drivers entered into the race, seven of them were previously champions in Formula 4 machinery, including Tiago Rodrigues, Fionn McLaughlin, Alexandre Munoz, Shimo Zhang, Gino Trappa, Kean Nakamura-Berta, and Emanuele Olivieri.[6][7] Despite being selected to compete, Ethan Nobels withdrew from the race following an accident in the F4 Brazilian Championship earlier the same month.[8]
