The 2025–26 season is the 50th season of competitive football in the history of Middlesbrough Football Club Women, and their first season back in the National League North, the third level of English women's football, following promotion the previous season. The club will also participate in the FA Cup, and the WNL Cup.

The first round FA Cup fixture between Middlesbrough and Cheadle Town was broadcast live on TNT Sports, an historic first for a women's first round fixture.[2]
