The 2025–26 Houston Christian Huskies men's basketball team represents Houston Christian University during the 2025–26 NCAA Division I men's basketball season. The Huskies, led by second-year head coach Craig Doty, play their home games at Sharp Gymnasium in Houston, Texas as members of the Southland Conference.

Previous season

The Huskies finished the 2024–25 season 12–20, 9–11 in Southland Conference play, to finish in a tie for seventh place.^[1] They were defeated by Texas A&M–Corpus Christi in the first round of the Southland Conference tournament.^[2]
