The 2025–26 Drake Bulldogs women's basketball team represents Drake University during the 2025–26 NCAA Division I women's basketball season. The Bulldogs, led by fifth-year head coach Allison Pohlman, play their home games at the Knapp Center in Des Moines, Iowa as members of the Missouri Valley Conference (MVC).

Previous season

The Bulldogs finished the 2024–25 season 22–12, 15–5 in MVC play, to finish in a second-place tie.^[1] In the MVC tournament, they defeated Illinois State in the quarterfinals, before falling to top-seeded Murray State in the semifinals.^[2] The Bulldogs received an invite to the 2025 WBIT, where they would be defeated by Marquette in the first round.^[3]
