The 2024–25 season was the 21st season in the history of FC Ingolstadt 04 and their third consecutive campaign in the 3. Liga. In addition to the domestic league, the club participated in the DFB-Pokal and the Bavarian Cup. Ingolstadt finished 10th in the 3. Liga, were eliminated in the DFB-Pokal first round by 1.
