The 2022 Las Vegas Lights FC season was the club's fifth season, and their fifth season in the United Soccer League Championship (USLC), the second division of American soccer.[1]

During the offseason, the Lights underwent a coaching change after letting go of head coach Steve Cherundolo in January,[2] and replacing him with Enrique Duran as a part of their affiliation with MLS club Los Angeles FC.[3]
